This bold blend of Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional and Baga is rooted in Alentejo’s rugged soils of shale and granite. Hand-harvested at night, gently sorted, and left to ferment with minimal intervention — gravity does most of the work here.
Aged for 8 months in used French oak, the result is layered and elegant: dark fruit, spice, and structure in perfect balance. Unfiltered, honest, and built to linger.
