This white blend brings together Antão Vaz, Arinto, Verdelho and Encruzado — grown in Alentejo’s mineral-rich soils of shale and granite, and harvested by hand, only at night.
After a first gentle press, the grapes were left to macerate for six days before being pressed again — giving this wine extra texture, complexity and soul.
Fermented spontaneously, with minimal intervention and low sulphites.
Layered, fresh and slightly wild — with depth and a subtle grip.
