The vineyards grow on limestone hills, just 15 km from the Atlantic. With east-facing sun and a cool maritime touch, they shape a wine that’s bright, mineral and full of quiet depth.
10% is aged in large barrels, the rest in stainless steel, keeping the texture light, but layered.
